I believe in holistically treating the whole person by restoring a healthy balance of peace and wellness back to the mind and body. I practice active listening, as well as a nonjudgmental stance that provides a safe place for healing, self discovery, and empowerment to take place.
I believe that every person has the ability to reach to their fullest potential in life with the right support network and guidance. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients who are interested in establishing better communication skills, have a desire to build healthier relationships, and want to learn positive strategies when dealing with life's day to day challenges.
